- Prospecting and developing new client relationships and maintaining existing relationships
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts assigned to you, including developing, expanding and nurturing existing customer relations in the IT space
- Provide solutions to clients that are customised according to their business needs
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer service
- Understand customer requirements in line with business operations, develop and negotiate contracts
What you will do:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities and exceed annual sales targets
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts assigned to you, including developing, expanding and nurturing existing customer relations
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and unmatched customer experience
- Interact and liaise with suppliers to provide best affiliate service and competitive pricing to customers
- Coordinate customer requirements in line with business operations, develop and negotiate contracts with the supervision of the Enterprise Sales Manager
