Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist 

We are looking for:

Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the onboarding processes for M365 Migrations and/or Azure 
• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft (on-premises, hybrid and cloud setups) 
• Reporting and Document all the technical issues and their solutions
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure systems and server, and workstation patching
• Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware, and software issues on servers and workstations
• Maintain and update the inventory system
• Maintain the necessary documentation
• Liaise with our 3rd Party contractors and suppliers as necessary
• Be proactive and take initiative in new processes
