📋 Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues

Install and configure computer systems and networks

Provide technical support to clients

✅ Requirements

Knowledge of computer repair and troubleshooting

Knowledge of MS Windows

Strong communication and customer service skills

Relevant certifications: MQF Level 4 qualification or higher
