Senior IT Technician

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior IT Technician to join our growing team.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the IT industry.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Maltese and English.
• Professional expertise in:
  • IT Hardware Repair and Maintenance
  • Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications
  • Managed Print Services (MPS)
  • Network and IT Infrastructure Support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant IT certifications will be considered an asset.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware and equipment.
• Lead, supervise, and support a team of IT technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Install, configure, and support Microsoft-based systems and applications.
• Manage and support MPS solutions and printing environments.
• Provide technical support to clients and end users.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure system reliability.
• Document technical procedures and support activities.
